Exchange Management Console – Attempt to connect to http://server.domain.com/PowerShell using “Kerberos” authentication failed

Exchange Server 2010 bildiğiniz gibi Microsoft tarafından artık desteklenmeyen bir ürün ve ortamınızda Exchange Server 2010 sunucularınızı acil olarak Upgrade etmeniz gerekmektedir.

Bir müşterimiz de Exchange Server 2010 upgrade projesi yürütürken Management Console açılırken hata ile karşılaştığımızı farkettik.

The following error occurred while attempting to connect to the specified Exchange server ‘http://server.domain;

The Attempt to connect to http://server.domain/PowerShell using “Kerberos” authentication failed: Connecting to the remote server failed with the following error message: The WS-Managment Service cannot process the request

Öncelikle servisleri ve IIS üzerinde bulunan Virtual Directory’leri kontrol ettim ve herhangi bir sorun bulamadım.

Daha sonra  HKCUSoftwareMicrosoftExchangeserverv14AdminToolsNodeStructureSettings anahtarını Export ederek silme işlemi gerçekleştirdim ve Logoff işlemi yaparak sunucu üzerinde tekrar login oldum.

Bu işlemlerden sonra Management Console sorunsuz çalışmaya devam etti.
