Bu hata EMS üzerinde çalıştırdığınızda, kullanıcının kotası dolmasından kaynaklanmaktadır. Mailbox için belirtmiş olduğunuz kotayı artırdığınız zaman bu sorun çözülecektir.

Kota artırımı için ECP kullanabileceğiniz gibi, EMS üzerinden aşağıdaki komutu kullanabilirsiniz;

Set-Mailbox mailbox -RecoverableItemsWarningQuota 100GB -RecoverableItemsQuota 100GB -UseDatabaseQuotaDefaults $false -IssueWarningQuota unlimited -ProhibitSendQuota unlimited -ProhibitSendReceiveQuota unlimited
